Louie`s Coney Island in Kokomo

Server asked us what we wanted to drink, we told her water. Never got our water, food was okay. I wouldn't travel out of town just to get it. Tables were dirty. Everyone was just walking around talking. Probably won't be back again.

Very good coney dogs

I had high hopes after seeing all the great reviews. It was just so bad! I don't even think the hot dogs were beef. While it was very inexpensive, it still cost too much for what it was.

I don't live in Kokomo but when I pass thru on occasion I DEFF STOPPING HERE. Get the BAKED HAMBURGER it is DELICIOUS.

Even if you dont eat Greek food, your gonna love this place!!! I've been going since I was 13 years old!!! Love it!!!

Known for their Bakes and Coney Island hot dogs, they also have great nachos and homemade soups.

Showed up for the Black friday lunch rush and they were able to seat our family of 9 quickly. Service was excellent as was the food.

The Coney sauce is not bad, the hotdogs are of decent enough quality. Honestly the food for what it is should receive about 3 stars....good but not great, even in the Coney dog criteria...which honestly is all I've eaten from there and the reason I go there. The fourth star goes to the employees, who have never messed up an order, have always been friendly and deserve recognition for their service and for continuing to work through these uncertain times, in a way I wish I could give them 5 stars but the food won't permit me to do so...again not that it's bad, and that in itself is purely subjective to my own opinion

A local favorite that's a must try if you're in town. The 'bake' is an absolute must try. There are always smiling faces and good service here. They also accept all credit cards now.

Terrible customer service from the Lady at the drive window around lunch time. She was rude, and snippy. I informed her I had 2 separate orders, and reminded her, she snapped and said “I KNOW”. I’m sorry I was trying to pay for my food? I work in a restaurant, I know how it can be. But, I also know good customer service, which I didn’t receive today. A “large” drink comes in a 24 oz, filled mostly of ice, and cost a $1.30. Which is insane. Mozzarella sticks were extremely hard. I probably will not return, and I hate that because I try to support local businesses as much as I can.

They give large portions for low prices and their taco salads are amazing!

This is a Kokomo original. The bakes are something you just have to try. The new location is very nice without losing the flavor that made them a local favorite.

This place isn't fast food, but fast food places wish they could be so fast. Great food! I LOVE the bakes!! They also have pellet ice in their drinks. And the food is priced right, which means its lower than other food places. Don't just come to Louie's, rush to get there and enjoy the food.

Love this place for speed, food and prices. The parking lot can be tough to negotiate. Park in back. You have to try the bake.

When I was a young boy, my father knew Louie and would take me to the shop when it was downtown. Boy did I love to go into Kokomo back then because it almost definitely meant a stop to get a few bakes. Some of my favorite memories were with my father there.I rarely go anymore and only do in hopes that the "new ownership" would get their act together. It has progressively gotten worse over the years. There is no love for the quality in the way these use to be. Today, the bakes were dry, thin and no longer begin to fill out the bun. The ends were crunchy like the meat sat out under heat lamps too long. The sauce is not as flavorful as it once was. Pricing go up and quality down. I use to be proud of our Kokomo originals like Lord John's Tacos and Louie's Coney Island. I am putting this one to rest as I no longer enjoy the experience.

As always the best local place in Kokomo. Only here are the famous Baked hamburgers! They are signature to here and delicious. I suggest always getting 2 or 8 or whatever. Lol. Also today they had a sign for fresh strawberry pie and it was worth going today just for that. Thanks Louie's for always being the best.

Food is consistently wonderful !. Very fast service sometimes hard to get a seat though and is a little expensive. there are a lot of Hidden Treasures on the menu. This place is always good for lunch. Do wish they had dinner hours

Solid fast food at cheap prices. Burger is pretty good and fried pickles are really good. Worth a visit for a quick bite.

Only place to get an original "Bake." Chili is also amazing. Serves great locally made pie.

Coneys are great and the lunch mate loved the spicy chicken

The food is delicious, especially the item on the menu called a bake. The prices are very very affordable. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to try good food for super affordable prices.
